Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from any contract for paid services within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Exception for Digital Content

Pursuant to Section 356(5) BGB, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely for contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. If applicable, you will be asked to provide this consent before accessing paid digital content.

5. Subscription Cancellation (Future Feature)

If subscription services are introduced, users will be able to cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation. Details on cancellation procedures will be provided when paid services become available.
